What do I bring?

If you have a referral from your doctor or other information from your doctor, please bring it with you as well. If you have private insurance, we can do direct billing with your consent. Please bring your insurance information.

What are the costs?

What if I can no longer attend my appointment?

Please note that you are billed for the time that you have scheduled with your therapist as they book that time specifically for you. If you are unable to attend and cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. There is a 24 hour answering service (905-778-9959) where you can leave a message.
