Deborah is often the first smiling face you’ll see when you walk into Body & Balance. With more than 30 years of administrative experience, she brings warmth, organization, and a genuine passion for helping people to our team. After a long career as a personal assistant to the president and CEO of a major retail company in downtown Toronto, Deborah moved to Bond Head and became a client at Body & Balance following her knee replacement surgeries. The exceptional care she received — and how quickly she returned to the activities she loves — inspired her to join the team herself.

Now, Deborah takes great joy in greeting clients, booking appointments, and supporting them on their wellness journeys. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming, positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. 

Outside the clinic, Deborah enjoys renovating her farmhouse, golfing, curling, and downhill skiing. A creative at heart, she loves rug hooking and needle felting — but her greatest joy comes from spending time with her five grandsons and two golden retrievers.
